Youth at Kinmel Bay Church

Here at KBC, we love to see young people growing as individuals as well as growing in their love of Jesus. Our groups are open for anyone who wants to attend.

Thursday:
3:30pm – 5:30pm – Rooted 

This group is for year 7’s only. We meet, play games, and explore the Bible together looking at key themes like what it means to be starting high school as well as some of the challenges that come with it as well as themes like ‘who are we?’. We then sit down and eat together.

6:00pm – 7:30pm
This is a group for year 8’s upwards. During our time together, we play games, we do quizzes, we discuss current social issues, share together in a Bible study and eat a whole lot of toast!

Sunday:

During our service on a Sunday, the youth meet together for their own time to look and consider the
message being shared in the service.

Extra Activities:

In addition to our regular weekly groups, we also have extra activities. We go on a variety of trips and days out. As well as this, we are linked to Urban Saints which means we are part of their summer residential trips where we do a range of outdoor activities like canoeing, climbing and building fires to name a few. We also have been part of a number of ‘national’ days linked to Urban Saints like ‘Our Big Journey’ in which as a youth group, we spent two days canoeing.
